Rhys is the founder and director of the Ray West agency which was established in 2022.
He is an expert in casting and production and founded the agency to ensure the best new talent had a place where they could be supported and guided into roles that are best suited to their unique skillsets.
Kate Brown
Executive Assistant
Kate joined us in 2022 as an executive assistant to the director. She assists with the day to day running of the agency.
Kate is responsible for all company marketing, CV creation, diary management, copywriting and provides valuable support to our signed talent and all members of the Ray West team.
She is a wife, a mum to one tornado toddler and dog Mum to one extraordinarily tall German Shepherd – Vinnie.
